CloudDeskSoft Corp. (“we”, “us”) operates the web platform and the mobile application CDS Business.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and login credentials.
• Business data that you or your company enter into the system (orders, customers, and related records).
• Device location, when the user grants permission and the user’s role requires it (for example mileage / IFTA tracking).
• Basic technical device data and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide the TMS service, authenticate users, enforce company licensing, improve security, and—when enabled—record authorized trips/mileage for the company.

3. Location

This app collects location data to enable IFTA mileage tracking even when the app is closed or not in use.

Precise GPS is collected only during an active IFTA trip, after the user agrees to an in-app disclosure and grants the system permission. Location continues in the background while a trip is running (including when the screen is off) so the company can record miles by jurisdiction for fuel-tax reporting. Location is not collected when no trip is active. We do not sell location data. Location is stored in the user’s company account and is not used for advertising.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the product (hosting, email, subscription payments) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Retention and security

We retain data while the account/company remains active and as required by law. We apply reasonable security measures; no system is 100% risk-free.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting your company administrator or us at the support email below.
