How to get help

If you have a question, a problem with login, or need help using CDS Business:

1. Contact your company administrator (the person who created your user).
2. Or email us at admin@clouddesksoft.net.

Please include your company name, the email you use to sign in, and a short description of the issue. We typically reply within one business day.

What the app is

CDS Business is a companion for existing CloudDeskSoft customers. Download is free on the App Store and Google Play. Access depends on your company’s license and your user permissions. There is no in-app purchase and no self-service signup inside the app.
